Business Portal
Welcome to OnlineToken! This guide will cover the basic steps to get started business portal operations and configurations.
Queue
OnlineToken pre-configured default Queue named “General” for each business. This queue name can be renamed as per customer requirement. There is only one queue for Free and Basic plans while Advance and Enterprise can have more than one queue.
Each queue gets a dedicated Queue Portal to allow customers to check-in or book an appointment through web and mobile app, dedicated business hours and break hours , services and staff members.
On day to day operations side each queue gets a dedicated dashboard , calendar , queue management , TV view and reporting
Settings
There are two levels of settings, one for global configurations and another for queue specific configuration.
Global Settings
In global settings you can configure Billing , Business info , Business Holidays and Manage Queue
Billing
Subscription Details
In Subscription Details you can view current plan , subscription status and Billing history
In the following example current plan type is “Advance” and Subscription status is “Trial” which will be expired on July 11, 2021
